Meghan Norwood, Interim CEO of Dynamic Campus, brings the operational discipline of the technology sector to higher education, strengthening how institutions deliver services, support students and scale effectively. She leads the company’s mission of enabling and accelerating our partners’ institutional and missional goals to help increase institutional performance, effectiveness and budget predictably.
Prior to stepping into this role, Meghan served as Strategic Operating Partner for Dynamic Campus where she worked closely with institutional partners and leaders through the Dynamic Campus Partner Innovation Lab, direct engagement and industry conferences. Through those experiences, she developed a strong understanding of the challenges institutions face and a clear perspective on how to support their mission.
Throughout her career, Meghan has built and integrated teams across multiple organizations, creating the structure and consistency needed to maintain high service levels across complex environments. Her approach centers on aligning people, processes and technology to support both growth and long-term stability.
Meghan is known for strengthening how organizations operate, from building alignment across teams to ensuring the right structures are in place to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
As Interim CEO, Meghan ensures Dynamic Campus teams and partners have the clarity, support and structure needed to deliver on their mission and create long-term impact.
Meghan graduated with honors from Loyola University in Maryland with her BA, and earned her MBA from University of New Hampshire.
