Dynamic Campus, the nation’s largest vendor-agnostic provider of technology outsourcing support and managed services for higher education institutions, announced that Charleston Southern University (CSU)—a private, Christian institution of 3,459 students based in Charleston, S.C.—has selected the 18-year-old company to serve as the institution’s strategic technology partner beginning September 1, 2020.

“This partnership with Dynamic Campus is one example of the commitment CSU is making to prepare the university for success this academic year and for many years to come,” said Dondi E. Costin, PhD, CSU’s President.

Under the terms of the agreement, CSU’s on-campus IT staff will be supported and augmented by Dynamic Campus’s deep bench of more than 150 dedicated higher education IT experts across the U.S., offering CSU the technology expertise, agility and scalability colleges and universities need to succeed in the current environment—without having to increase headcount or training budgets at a time where every dollar counts.

“This partnership will allow the university to build upon technology investments made to date while improving support and service levels for students, faculty, staff, and administrators,” said Costin. “Perhaps most importantly, CSU is making these investments with a partner that is completely aligned with CSU’s academic mission and Christian values.”

CSU will be able to take advantage of Dynamic Campus’s specific technical expertise in fields such as remote learning, cybersecurity, infrastructure, financial aid, records, and more, ensuring CSU has the exact IT skills and expertise needed at that moment.

“Coronavirus has made it impossible for higher education leaders to ensure they have the resources in place to quickly respond to all the potential scenarios that may occur this academic year and likely beyond,” said Mike Glubke, president and co-founder of Dynamic Campus. “Partnering with Dynamic Campus ensures that Charleston Southern will have the tools, technologies, and support needed to lead the way this academic year, whether on-campus, online, working remotely, or some combination of the three.”
